Description

With its 41 hectares, its benchmark in the region as an administrative and commercial services centre dedicated to the transport and logistics sector.

With the aim of becoming the Business Centre of the logistics and port sector and a meeting point for companies in this sector, the Fresno is divided into two functional areas: Regional Activities Centre and Regional Services Centre.

Regional Activities Centre with a surface of 76.000m² has among its main facilities a Services Building of 10.000m² floor, intended for the installation of bussiness related to transport and logistics and other professional and comercial management services.

It also hosts other uses and services such as window units dedicated to other commercial activities such as exhibition and sale of vehicles.

The Centre of Services for Transport with 38,000 m² surface, granted in concession, is dedicated to the provision of specific services to transport as parking for heavy vehicles, gas station, car open field, garage, car wash , etc.

Customs Precinct operating since 2015, managed by Zona Franca de Cádiz. It has approximately 130.000 m². Tender offer for access to the plots was published in BOE (Spanish Official Journal) in March 2015.
